Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we accept custom orders. Please email us with all the details. We can then provide a quote. We require 75% up front non-refundable for all custom orders. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping.
What are the local pickup hours?
This can vary day to day, but we can set an appointment for pickup 48hrs in advance. All balances must be paid in full prior to pickup.

We accept all major credit cards, paypal, affirm, and afterpay.
What is the return policy?
Products can only be returned if damaged in transit. Damaged products must be returned, before a replacement can be sent out. No other alterations or changes will be made to the product. Please check all spelling for any errors.
Is it possible to receive an invoice for my shopping order?

When will my order ship?
After invoices are paid, we will being work on your order, unless it is a pre-made item. Pre-made items will ship in 3 business days. You will recieve tracking information at that time.
